I need a handyman. Lyman was my handy man. In so many ways. Ahem.

I have some things to hang and some furniture to move, and I'm just too darned worn out to do it myself after running around like a lunatic for three months. There's a big, heavy mirror that I can't hang alone.

Lyman was so capable and smart and funny and good-looking and sexy. What'll I do?

I would be happy to help you if I lived at/closer to home!!!

(I can hear Mom's voice saying "The world was paved on good intentions.")

I know you must be having a difficult time adjusting to Uncle Lyman's absence, and I wish I had the words of strength and comfort to lift your heavy heart! Just know that you remain in my good thoughts and prayers!!

    Sending you much love,
    Lori Gore Hodges

  3. You are such a dear niece, Lori.
